We accept American Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Diners Club and Maestro. A credit card, including type, number and expiration date, is required to confirm your booking.
In order to avoid a cancelation fee, reservations for individuals must be canceled at least 48 hours before arrival. Cancelations received after that time and no-shows will be charged the value of one night on the credit card used to confirm the booking. For group reservations (5 rooms or more), other cancelation policies apply. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Yes, we operate a tour desk manned by knowledgable staff where hotel guests can get information on activities in the area and book excursions.
We have a geothermal pool complex including hot tubs on the premises, which is free of charge for hotel guests. It is open daily for guests as well as outside normal opening hours upon request.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant dining room from 8:00 to 10:00 in winter (September - May) and 7:00 to 10:00 in summer (June - August).
The restaurant is open from noon to 14:00 for lunch and reopens from 18:00 to 22:00 for dinner service. The bar downstairs is open daily in summer (June - August) from 15:00 to midnight. Other times of year the bar is open on Fridays and Saturdays only from 15:00 to midnight.
